MEET DAVE PAZGAN
Founder
Dave has led organizations in multiple industries including as president of a national mortgage lender and recently as the co-founder and CEO of a national franchise organization that was ultimately sold to private equity. Over the past several years Dave has had the opportunity to work with small business owners nationwide, helping evaluate their team, set strategy, and build a high performance culture that helps CEOs achieve their goals. Helping small business owners succeed has become Dave’s passion and purpose and the impetus to create Thrive Brands.
Dave and his wife live in Isabela, Puerto Rico and is an avid adventure sports enthusiast, including surfing, kiteboarding, freediving, paragliding, snowboarding, and ultramarathon trail running.
